Refund policy We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If we accept your return, we will send you a return shipping label. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. We will not accept items sent back to us without a prior return request.

Damages and issues Inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions and non-returnable items You cannot return certain types of items. This includes perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods. We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Contact us if you have questions about your specific item.

AI Music Projects We transparently state that our music and visuals use artificial intelligence. Discovering this fact after purchase is not a valid reason for a return. This rule does not affect the 14-day cooling-off period for EU customers.

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once we accept the return, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling off period If we ship the merchandise into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days. You can do this for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return. We will let you know if we approve the refund. If approved, we will automatically refund you on your original payment method within 10 business days. It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
